• To confirm your booking please send the completed Booking Form to Los Alamos Apartado 56, 11160, Barbate, Cadiz, Spain, together with your deposit made payable to Los Alamos Equestrian Holidays. This secures your place on the holiday.
  
  
• Book your flights, travel insurance and car hire (if applicable).
  
  
• You will be sent by return: confirmation of your booking and a receipt for the payment made, together with an invoice for the outstanding balance.
  
  
• The balance of the total cost of your holiday must be received by Los Alamos Equestrian Holidays no later than eight weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the holiday bookings is made within eight weeks before the commencement of your holiday, then we require full payment of the total cost of your holiday with the Booking Form.
  
  
• When the balance payment has been received by Los Alamos Equestrian Holidays you will be sent a receipt and details of airport transfer as applicable.
  
  
• Note:- You are required to bring your own riding hat.
  

Travel Arrangements

The holidays run from Sunday to Sunday. We meet morning flights from Malaga and Gibraltar airport, from where we will take you to Los Alamos, returning you to the airport at the end of your holiday.

Please remember to book your own flights. Travel agents and the internet can provide details of competitive rates of scheduled flights to and from Gibraltar and Malaga. Times vary through the year. The British Airways web site is updated daily. Car hire can be arranged if you so wish and we can help with maps and details of how to find us. Gibraltar is approx. 1hr 20 min drive. You can arrange flights from most UK airports to Malaga, which is about 2hrs 15 minutes from Los Alamos. We pick up at approximately 1pm at Malaga every Sunday and drop off at approximately 9am the following Sunday. We can advise on flights and travel details should so don’t hesitate to ask.

Insurance

Travel Insurance is not included in the price of your holiday. It is a condition of your holiday booking that you have suitable travel insurance to cover the duration of your holiday. You holiday insurance must cover the type of holiday you are taking. You must be covered for personal accident, medical expenses and holiday cancellation (should you have to cancel your holiday before departure). Details of your insurance are to be provided on the booking form.

We have no single supplement and all rooms are en suite with twin beds or double beds. Non riders price is £595 per week in high season, £495 off season. Prices do not include flights or insurance.

Non riders are welcome to join their partners, and we will provide information on the many local sites and amenities that make this area a dream to visit.

Riding here is informal, so just be comfortable. You know what feels fine when you ride, so we won't nag you into changing the habits of a lifetime. A suitable hard hat or helmet along with a good pair of comfortable riding boots are important, but remember this is southern Spain and for most of the year it is sunny and warm. Therefore T-shirts and jodhpurs (or breeches) will probably be your standard dress, along with sun tan lotion and those designer sunglasses that you've been waiting to try out. Other bits to bring - a pair of light riding gloves could be useful and OK, occasionally it does rain, so it may be wise to pack a light raincoat.
